Granule weighing machine part

Conveyor part
1. The conveyor adopts belt drive. During the packaging process, it is mainly responsible for conveying the weighed feed particles from the weighing machine to the location of the sewing machine. The motor drives the belt to circulate, and when the feed bag is placed on the conveyor, the friction drives the feed bag forward.
2. Stable transmission: It can provide a stable conveying speed (5-20m/min) to ensure that the feed bag moves smoothly from one station to another to match the working speed of the weighing machine and sewing machine.
3. Carrying capacity: According to different models, it has a certain carrying capacity, and the conveyor structure is reasonably designed to effectively prevent the feed bag from falling or dumping during transportation.
Sewing machine part
1. The sewing machine is driven by a motor to move the sewing needle up and down.
