This equipment produce water-soluble packaging for liquid, gel and powder products in water-soluble films.Water-soluble film is a thin film used to form packages which dissolve in contact with water.The PVA water-soluble film is widely used to pack liquid laundry detergent,disinfectant,missible oil pesticide,oil chemicals agent,paint and some other non aqueous oil system, applicable for a large range of size and shape.The machine can automaticly accomplish film stretch,pod making ,material filling, sealing and cutting,etc.It is a rotary drum/water-sealing type packaging machine designed for small unit-dose/single pack of water soluble pod/pouch/capsule.The producing capacity is 10000-15000 packs per hour,depends on the content state and size of package. Each of the packaging machine can be made in various shape and size.
1. Liquid Packaging Machine is equipped with high vacuum pollution-free vacuum pump.
2.Automatic Packaging Machine has smart touch screen (including communication cable) and PLC.
3. The detergent packaging machine has a leakage protection system and the power supply is automatically cut off to ensure the safety of operators.
4.Equiped with film trim winder.
5.Equipped with film tension regulation system, the computer can automatically identify sizes of rollers, automatically adjust the tension of the films to keep the same stress of upper and lower films.
6.Equipped with automatic liquid filling system. And automatic particle filling system.
7.This three-chamber Water Soluble Pod Packaging machine can also be made into 2 chambers and 1 chamber.
