XLFS-A pillow packing machine, also known as a flow wrapping machine or a horizontal flow wrapper, is a type of packaging machinery used to wrap a wide variety of products in airtight, flexible film packaging. 2. Automatic Pillow Packing Machine is suitable for a variety of packaging films, with a minimum film thickness range of 0.02-0.08mm, a maximum film width of 450mm, and a maximum height of 55mm to accommodate products of different sizes.
3. The electronic control system has a color mark detection function, which can alarm for color mark deviation, packaging film deviation, photoelectric switch setting errors, etc.
4.Orizontal Wrap Biscuit Automatic Pillow Packing Machine adopts direct heat longitudinal sealing, and the heater is in direct contact with the sealing wheel, and the heat loss is small when rotating together. Straight grain knives, corrugated knives, etc. can be configured according to customer requirements to achieve different cutting forms and other characteristics.
