With the rapid development of medicine industry in recent years, customers attach more and more important on the packaging quality of the medicine. However, the current Aluminum-plastic packing quality exist various limitations and problems. According to threquirements of our customers, our factory integrated the advantages of Aluminum-Aluminum and Aluminum-Plastic packaging both home and broad and kept designing, developing and manufacturing new products: DPP-250A Plane Aluminum-Plastic Automatic Blister Packer. It is a newly multi-functional packing machine, which is suitable for packing various capsules & tablets, and also is high-sealed blister packing equipments for iatrical instrument, electronic parts and hardware.
The DPP-250 blister packing machine integrates many functions such as automatically heating, forming, feeding, heat-sealing, batch-number printing, trace-pressing, and blanking. The machine can extend expiration date, make the packing-sheet beautiful and safe, and improve sealing performance and packing degree, which excel the congener products both home and broad. The machine is advanced equipment conforms to the GMP. After introducing the machine into the market, it is popular with the clients both home and broad, acquiring high reputation in large and medium hospital, medicine treatment, electronics and food industry.
1. The machine use heating-board to make PVC’s temperature up to 100℃, and use compressed air to make PVC formed.
2. Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Blanking frequency (times/min) is 10-65.
3. The packaging size can be regulated according to your requirement. 4. The machine is controlled by PLC, which make it has accurately operation and simple construction. The travel scope can be adjusted from 10 to 500mm which expand application range of the machine.
5. Mould is located by locating pin which makes it easy to change mould.
6. The feeder can make the filling rate up to 99.5%. The feeder has interface of dust-collection.
7. The machine is assembled with two parts which has advantages including small volume, light weight, firm construction, simple operation and convenient transportation and maintenance.
