ZP-17D seriesIt is a single-press automatic rotary continuous tablet press developed by our factory, which can press granular raw materials into various ordinary and special-shaped tablets. Mainly used in electronics, food, daily necessities, pharmaceuticals and other industrial sectors. The outer casing is fully enclosed, and the material is stainless steel, which conforms to GMP standards. Equipped with a transparent observation window, you can clearly see the working conditions of the machine and can be fully opened, which is easy for internal clarity and maintenance.
This machine has the characteristics of high pressure, wide range of tableting, and can press ordinary, special-shaped, circular and other shapes of tablets, and is especially suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production. Mechatronics, all controllers and adjustment devices are concentrated on one side of the body, which is easy to operate. Equipped with pressure overload protection device to avoid machine damage. The transmission mechanism using oil-invasion lubrication is sealed under the body, which prolongs the service life and avoids cross-contamination.
