Working principle:
1. Loading: Pour the rubber plug or aluminum cap into the drum.
2. Cleaning process
Water inlet - ultrasonic treatment: After the drum is filled with water, turn on the ultrasonic wave and use the impact force of the tiny bubbles generated by the ultrasound to shake off the dirt.
Multiple drainage and cleaning: Drain the water after ultrasonic treatment, and then perform rough washing and fine washing in turn. Drain the water after each washing to remove impurities of varying degrees.
Pure water rinsing: Rinse with pure water to ensure that impurities such as chemical residues are removed.
3. Drying process
Vacuum dehumidification: Dehumidify through the vacuum system to reduce moisture and facilitate subsequent drying.
Hot air drying: Hot air circulates to dry the rubber plug or aluminum cap.
4. Discharging: The drum rotates and brings the dried rubber plug or aluminum cap into the discharging hopper for output.
