The bottle feeding machine can automatically arrange the bottles into single or double lanes and send them to the disc-type bottle washing machine. The bottle-splitting mechanism sends the bottles to the 24 equally divided jaws. After the bottles are clamped, they are repeatedly rinsed inside and outside by recycled water, pure water, and purified compressed air to complete the bottle washing. The bottles are sent to the dryer to expose the bottles to the vertical laminar hot air with a maximum working temperature of 250℃ to achieve the sterilization effect.
1. The bottle feeding machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the turntable works at a speed of 5-10 rpm. It is an indispensable auxiliary machine for connection and transmission on the automatic production line.
2. The automatic bottle washing machine adopts a 24-head disc structure, with a production capacity of 2000-3000 bottles/hour. The bottles can be fully exposed to the cleaning liquid during the washing process, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency.
3. The high-temperature hot air circulation oven can automatically complete the processes of bottle feeding, continuous dry heat disinfection and sterilization, and bottle discharging, and adopts a tunnel structure.
4. The internal material of the bottle drying machine oven cavity is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, non-toxic, stable and not easy to oxidize. There will be no falling objects in the cavity during long-term high-temperature operation.
5. The temperature of the high-temperature sterilization zone of the oven can be controlled, and the minimum effective sterilization temperature is not less than 170℃. The temperature fluctuation range of the high-temperature sterilization zone is ±8℃.
6. The washing and drying production line is suitable for glass bottles of different specifications and shapes.
Here are some ways to improve the cleaning effect of the glass bottle washing and drying production line:
1. Bottle supply link: Before the glass bottles enter the washing machine, simple pretreatment can be performed. For example, perform a preliminary manual inspection of the bottles to remove obvious large impurities in the bottles, such as label fragments, large foreign objects, etc.
2. Bottle washing link:
(1) Select the appropriate cleaning solution formula: Select the cleaning solution according to the type of dirt on the glass bottles. Food packaging glass bottles use alkaline cleaning agents that meet food safety standards to remove grease and protein dirt. The cleaning solution for pharmaceutical packaging glass bottles must meet the cleanliness requirements of pharmaceutical production, and disinfectant ingredients can be added to remove microorganisms.
(2) According to the shape and size of the glass bottles, optimize the position and angle of the nozzle inside the bottle washing machine. Adjust the nozzle pressure and flow rate according to the degree of dirt and material strength of the bottles.
3. Drying link:
(1) Before drying, the drying box should be cleaned regularly to remove dust and impurities inside to prevent these contaminants from adhering to the cleaned glass bottles again during the drying process.
(2) Optimize drying parameters. Reasonable drying temperature and time can prevent bacteria from growing or water stains on the bottle surface due to residual moisture.
