The tablet sieving and conveying process is completed inside a sieving box with a closed structure. When it works, the sieving box and material inlet and outlet are under negative pressure status without dust emission.
The sieving box and power box are totally isolated from each other. The quick disassembled structure makes it convenient to disassemble, install and clean the machine. The parts that contact the medicine are all made
of stainless steel, meeting the requirements for pharmaceutical equipment in GMP.
The machine adopts AC brushless motor to realize stepless speed adjustment, meeting dust removing requirements of different outputs and different medicines. The material inlet and outlet height and angle can be freely adjusted within a certain range to meet different working requirements. Castors are installed at the bottom of the base to make it convenient to move the machine to the working place. The machine is composed of feeding hopper, power box, sieving box, sieving drum scavenging device, discharge outlet, machine frame, speed adjusting device and driving mechanism. The tablets enter the sieving drum through the feeding hopper. The sieving drum is driven to rotate by the power box consisting of AC speed adjusting motor and speed reducer.The tablets are conveyed under the circumference to the discharge outlet along the spiral plate inside the sieving drum. The meshes on the sieving drum carry out mild grinding of the tablets, the compressed air scavenging device continuously scavenges the tablet surfaces in close range, and the tablets and dust are separated in the sieving drum under the action of jetting air flow, centrifugal force and gravity. At the same time, the dust will be sucked into the dust collector along with the dust removing air flow, so that the dust on the tablet surfaces and burrs are finally removed. The working height and angle of the material inlet and outlet of the machine can be adjusted through the lifting rod and locking handle.
The compressed air purging, centrifugal dedusting and roller deburring principle, clean the powder attaching edge burrs and the film surface, so that the film surface is clean, neat edge. Sieve box and the power box is completely isolated, quick release structure, assembly and disassembly, easy to clean; drug contact parts are made of stainless steel, meet the GMP pharmaceutical equipment.
In laboratories, tablet dedusters are also used to ensure the accuracy and reliability of experiments. Removing contaminants from the tablet surface can avoid biasing experimental results.
