GZP500-35D high-speed rotary tablet presses can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the food, chemical, electronic and other industries. All kinds of granular raw materials that meet the tableting requirements are compressed into tablets. The maximum output reaches 126000 pieces per hour.
The equipment is content of fine powder (greater than 100 mesh) in the pressed dry granular raw material is not more than 10%, and it is not suitable for the pressing of semi-solid, moist granules, low-melting point and moisture-prone raw materials and non-granular powder.

2. Mechanical parts: material (material of the main key parts):

Through metallographic experimental analysis, the internal molecular structure of the material is uniform and compact, without bubbles, trachoma and cracks, the internal pressure is reliable, and the surface of the casting body is flat and smooth. The main shaft adopts special grade forgings, with small deformation and good rigidity.
3. Processing technology of mechanical parts:
The main parts such as copper rail, top cover, turntable, rail seat, rail seat, and main body are all processed by precision work machine (machining center), and the machining dimensional accuracy is high.
4. Improvement of the structure of the pressure roller and the pressure roller frame:
