Work flow：

Working principle：
Stack a stack of films, PE bags, paper boxes, cards and other objects to be labeled (only one type) and place them on the paging device. The paging device automatically separates the materials to be labeled one by one and conveys them to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt uses vacuum adsorption to adsorb the products on the conveyor belt and moves forward. The optical fiber sensor detects the passing of the product and transmits a signal to the labeling control system. The control system sends out the label at the preset position and attaches it to the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling roller, the label is covered, and the attachment action of a label is completed.
1). The mechanical structure is miniature in design, takes up little space, and is easy to move and place in the production line; it adopts product guide gap elimination mechanism and label anti-deviation mechanism, and the label positioning accuracy is as high as ±1mm;
2).The labeling is stable, flat, wrinkle-free and bubble-free, and can meet the labeling requirements of most products on flat surfaces and large curved surfaces；
