Causes of fault:
1. Photoelectric sensor fault: As a key counting component, if it is blocked by dust, dirt or drug residue, or if it is aged or damaged and the sensitivity is reduced or the wrong signal is sent, the counting will be inaccurate.
2. Influence of material characteristics: When the shape of the medicine particles is irregular, the size difference is large, or the surface reflectivity is too high or too low, it may also interfere with the normal counting of the photoelectric sensor. For example, special-shaped tablets may cause abnormal light reflection due to angle problems, resulting in counting errors.
3. Uneven vibration: If the vibration corrugated plate or material vibration system fails, the medicine particles cannot pass through the photoelectric sensor evenly, such as the situation of medicine particles stacking or poor flow, which will cause the counting deviation.
Solution:
1. Clean the photoelectric sensor: Clean the surface of the photoelectric sensor regularly to ensure that the light transmission path is unobstructed. You can use a clean soft cloth or a special cleaning tool to gently wipe the light emitter and receiver part of the photoelectric sensor.
2. Check and replace the photoelectric sensor: If there is still a problem after cleaning, you need to check its performance. Use professional equipment to measure whether the sensitivity and signal output are normal. If it is aged or damaged, replace it in time.
